I'm an itinerant photographer and sometime writer. I would say I’m a genius, but I had to spell check genius.

New England Postcard 2
Friday, 07 October 2011 12:33

1/320 sec, f/5.0, ISO 400, 38mm, Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II

We made it back from a loop through Maine and upper New Hampshire in search of radient New England foliage. Most of the states are still pretty green, but we finally found a smattering of color in northern New Hampshire near the Canadian border. Unfortunately it looks like we were a week too early for the really colorful display (and the nice weather), but it's still been a fun and interesting trip and we did manage to shoot some photos of the devastation that hurricane Irene wrought. I'll put a few of those up in a day or so.
